Choose your delivery method
Physical or digital? You pick!
Physical certificate
Pickup
Pick up your certificate from our office, then take it to the business when you are ready to redeem.
- Bring your order confirmation & ID to collect your certificates.
- Take the physical certificate to the participating business.
- Hand it to the retailer to redeem it toward your purchase.
Make sure to check our office hours before you pick up your gift certificates.
Digital certificate
Delivered by email
A unique QR code is created for every certificate and emailed directly to you. Show it to the retailer on your phone or print it out.
- You'll receive one email per certificate purchased.
- The email link takes you to your QR codes and also shows your current balance. If you bought more than one certificate, they're all available from that link.
Do not scan the QR code yourself. The retailer scans it when you're ready to pay.

Redeem digital certificates
Show it. Scan it.
If you have a digital certificate, just show the QR code on your phone—or bring a printout—to the retailer. They'll scan it and enter the amount of your transaction. Your remaining balance updates automatically, so you can use what's left on a future visit. The physical certificate does not retain a balance and is not scanned by the retailer.
